Great customer service during the entire process. It was easy to schedule everything over the phone and they were able to come out the same day. I needed a new garbage disposal, it was leaking and clogged. They were able to show up the same day and install the disposal that I bought. They did a great job with the installation and finished pretty quick. I haven’t had much plumbing work done in my condo so I’m not sure if the $220 was too much for installing a disposal. I had my original disposal installed for $110. But that was 8 years ago, so I guess prices have gone up. Either way, they did a great job overall and I would recommend them.
Sami is the man! He’s been working on our house for years. The work is always great and the pricing is fair. He always gives me a few options to pick from and I appreciate his honest approach. Courtesy continues to be my go to for plumbing needs. Communication from the office is also outstanding
I’ve used Courtesy plumbing for several jobs over the last 5 to 6 years or so and they have always been professional and done quality work. They have handled larger jobs (burst pipe in ceiling, water damage, mold abatement) as well as smaller more routine jobs for me. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable, professional, and competent. Their pricing is fair and seem to be competitive with other plumbing services in the area. One of their plumbers in particular, Lou is absolutely awesome! He does amazing work, has a great attitude, by far the best plumber I have ever worked with!
Joel came out today and replaced our water heater. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job with the installation.
Sami M came out about a month later to fix our toilet. He was also very nice and courteous. He has a lot of experience and expertise. He did a great job on fixing it and not trying to up sell or over charge.
I would highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing.
