I am so glad to have found Costelow Glass & Door! Talking to Paul feels like talking to a trusted dad who can fix all your needs. From the moment I called, he was incredibly responsive and professional. I had a broken pane with beveled etching that I thought would be impossible to replace as it could not be found ANYWHERE. But, the day after he came out to measure, Paul found a fabricator, provided me with a quote, and gave me a turnaround time that was spot on. I had previously called a big name company who failed to deliver a quote after almost two weeks. By the time I received it, I had already signed with Paul and I’m so glad I did. The final installed pane looks identical and a huge relief. While I hope I never need his services again, it’s a relief knowing I’ve found an honest, communicative, and friendly glazier. After getting an estimate from another company for a shower door, which seemed like a lot, we decided to check around. We found Costelow Glass and after reading reviews we gave him a call. Paul was able to give us a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment for him to come out and check out the shower. He was able to do the job for price he quoted and it came out beautiful!! Castelow Glass & Door Inc. recently installed a custom shower door in my home as part of a new bathroom addition. The owner, Paul Castelow, was clear on available options regarding design and was able to find matching hardware that I was unable to find myself! His price was very fair. He was prompt and courteous. This new shower door took my bathroom from “nice” to beautiful! I highly recommend Costelow Glass & Door Inc.
I’ve now been doing business with Costelow Glass and Door for over 3 years. I had them replace the windows on my house a couple years ago and had them come back recently for another window we wanted replaced. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and craftsmanship that these guys had on the install and also using quality products with a 20 year warranty! I wouldn’t waste time with anyone else. It’s hard to find great trustworthy contractors these days!
I used Costelow Glass & Door to repair several of the windows in my house and they were fantastic! Paul was friendly, professional, and efficient.
