If you opt for the paid consultation and do not cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time you forfeit your deposit, which for me was $250 and to make a new appointment will cost you another consultation fee. I was not informed of this when I made my appointment, the policy is not transparent on the website and I did not receive a confirmation email or text for the appointment letting me know this was the policy. For context I tried rescheduling my appointment with 24hrs notice and only then was informed I needed to give 48hrs notice of needing to reschedule at that time.
I had CO2 laser resurfacing done on my eyes by Dr. Loyal in March 2024 ( 10 months ago). While Dr. Loyal and staff were all friendly and professional, I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the results. The procedure cost $4500 as well as 8 days off of work for recovery time and I feel like it did nothing to improve my skin. I expressed this to Dr. Loyal in one of my follow up appointments and he simply said that my skin will improve with time and to be patient. Ironically, after I expressed my dissatisfaction to him they never called me for my last follow up appointment, which I thought was odd seeing that prior to me voicing how unhappy I was, they always made sure to schedule a follow up appointment. I should have written this review months ago, but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were so nice, but 10 months later my skin looks no different than it did before (nor did it ever look different) and I wish I never paid the $4500 to get the procedure done to begin with. Big waste of time and money.
I have been coming for laser treatments on my face for some time now at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology. I have not only noticed the difference in the appearance of my skin, but the texture and less acne breakouts! Kudos to Drs Wu and Dr. Loyal. They are talented and knowledgeable.
They make this me feel confident and beautiful with the laser skin treatments, like the Clear and Brilliant and the PicoWay. They are both so skilled in what they do and trust no one else for my skincare. See you soon!
I had lip filler with Dr. Loyal and couldn’t be happier! My consultation with Dr. Loyal was very thorough and in-depth. He really listened to and addressed my concerns, which was the fact I have never had filler before and wanting to make sure that my lips looked naturally enhanced. I love the result of my lips – I’ve gotten many compliments! I highly recommend Dr. Loyal and will definitely be going back to him for more treatments.
I see Dr. Jameson Loyal for all my cosmetic needs! He is so thorough and talented. I am never disappointed in my results. I moved away but still fly in to see him – so worth it!
