This place is a true find! Who doesn’t love freshly made donuts with homemade toppings?!?! The vibe is great, and the donuts, made with minimal ingredients, are delicious. Their variety of flavors is a lot of fun. If that wasn’t already enough to get you here, the people who work here are extremely welcoming and provide top-notch customer service.
My son and I stopped here today looking for a few great donuts. Copper Top just didn’t do it for us. The “made to order” approach means you can’t see the donuts ahead of time and you have to wait several minutes for your order. And when they arrived we both thought the donut batter was rather flavorless and strangely spongy. Many people apparently like it, but we just felt this place was trying too hard to reinvent something (donuts) that don’t really need it. If you’re looking for a traditional, solid donut place, Copper Top isn’t it. In my opinion, there are a dozen much better donut shops within a few miles of Copper Top. The service was fine, the shop was very clean, but the concept just wasn’t for us.
Great fresh and unique flavored donuts ! A repeat customer told us there is no flavor you can go wrong with and i believe it. I recommend trying this place. I thought it was some of the best donuts i have had ! my boyfriend thought it was a little too cakey and not crisp enough. However, i think the difference of opinion comes down to preference. we both agreed these r damn good donuts and you will have a hard time not eating all of your order once you start.
We LOVED the French toast and copper top donuts. Their drip coffee is good, and they made a nice vanilla iced latte. Such kind staff, too! Can’t wait to head back in.
Came in for a doughnut hankering and got the delicious Breakfast Sandwich instead! Ha!
Came back the next day(Tuesday) for the actual doughnuts AND THEY WERE CLOSED!
🙁 We came in on our final vacation day and told them we came yesterday and didn’t know they were closed! THEY GAVE US A FREE DOUGHNUT 🍩 🥹 it was so sweet, coffee is amazing as well! Got two doughnuts to go too! Shout out to the owner and helper! You ROCK!
