We called 911 Restoration after we had a pipe burst in our house. They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job with both the clean up and the restoring of the bathroom that was damaged. We enjoyed working with their team so much that we hired them for some other projects as well (a remodel of our laundry room and another bathroom). Everything turned out wonderfully and we could not be happier!
First, the customer service is phenomenal. David came in and made what seemed like it would be a nightmare a very understanding process. The professionalism and quality is way above other companies we have worked with. We’ve had several water leaks and other companies do not compare. Lastly, we were so satisfied with the mitigation that we are using the same company for remediation.
