Excellent service Citywide provides! We have brought a car, 2020 Audi, into their shop for a new original spec windshield replacement and it was completed as promised. Also used their mobile service for my Silverado and Chris was beyond professional and careful with his excellent work! Office staff is very kind as well. Best part of having my window smashed was stumbling upon Citywide Auto Glass. I own a contracting business and live in an transitional neighborhood. We have our work trucks broken into regularly unfortunately. We just took office space in the same complex at this company and instead of calling Safelite like was standard, I walked across the parking lot. I was met by a friendly and helpful staff. They got me in same day and the cost was less than half of what we were paying before. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
We had three trucks with broken windshields which needed to be replaced. Today, we had a great experience with Citywide Auto Glass! It began with the initial phone call, speaking with Athena, who was so professional and patient with us as we gathered our insurance info and vin numbers to give to her. She was able to get us an appointment same day, which surprised us. The professionalism continued through the last install today. This company did such a fabulous job for us! This was the best auto glass install I have ever had!
I cannot say enough about the installer, Efrain! He came to our home and worked several hours on our three trucks. What a hard working, conscientious, and professional worker, and so kind hearted! He has over twenty years of experience installing auto glass. He knows what he is doing, and it shows. He took extra care with our old truck, a 1999 Ford F250, which had some rust above the windshield. He went above and beyond for us! I totally recommend this shop to anyone needing a windshield, especially this installer, Efrain. He gets TEN STARS. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

The other companies I was referred by my insurance carrier both cancelled morning of my apt. They’re all over the TV so don’t use them, use these guys.
