I love this place for my kids! Our most recent visit was especially awesome for my 4 year old. I wish I got their names but the dental assistant was amazing with my son and let him know everything she was going to do and made sure he was comfortable before doing anything. The dentist was amazing as well and even thought my 2 year old was resistant/cranky, he still handled it with care and positivity! If I could give more stars, I would! The waiting room has two tablets for the kids to play games on as well as a cool little toy dispenser game (they give you free tokens each visit). They also provide complimentary coffee for the parents which is so cool! Outstanding place!
We have been taking our kids for about 12 years now. Dr. Rene was amazing and Dr. Nadia is great. Sadly, Chula Vista Pediatric Dentistry’s customer service has tanked over the past few years. Everything from the previously friendly staff to how they handle billing is terrible. I’m waiting for a reimbursement for a deposit I had to pay for a procedure my insurance has always covered. This was never past practice. I’d expect better service and faith in long term customers, but I guess that’s not their value system. Their loss, I have phenomenal coverage and will be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be sharing my experience with friends and family I’ve referred over the years.
The appointment times are respected and my son didn’t have to wait at all to get checked, the Dentist and Anesthesiologist were very clear and thorough on the procedure and what to expect after the procedure. They understood my son’s needs as an autistic child and to top it off he gets a little gift after every cavity free visit. I highly recommended CVPD!
Dr. Nadia is absolutely amazing and was able to successfully do 2 fillings on my 6 year old daughter! Miss Veronica was so helpful at calming and distracting her when she was struggling through part of the procedure. They are all wonderful at what they do!
My son has been going to Dr. Nadia since he was five. He arrived as a very anxious child. Dr. Nadia and the staff at chula vista pediatric dentistry were always very gentle and patient with him. We’ve been chula vista pediatric dentistry for eleven years now. They’ve treated us like family.
