There were problems with my JennAir refrigerator. I left a request on the website. Then the dispatcher called back. Politely listened to everything and immediately sent me a specialist. The repair man arrived an hour later, as promised. He did diagnostics. It turned out that the refrigerator does not freeze because of the thermostat. He replaced it and everything worked. Not only that, but he gave me the warranty and the right advice about proper use and taking care of the fridge, which I did not know about. I would recommend.
When Our wine cooler wasn’t maintaining the correct temperature. The technician replaced the temperature sensor and sealed a small air leak. It’s now perfect!
