Great company. Had a big rodent problem in my attic so I called them out. Sean came by and provided a detailed quote for the work and we set up a time for a week later. I am very pleased because it’s been 3 weeks since the job was complete and I don’t hear the noises anymore.

Thank you to the California Attic & Build team. Sean came out for an inspection and explained the job very well. I was even more impressed with Eddie and his team. They took good care of my house and showed me pictures throughout the entire job. I had a rat infestation and need them to seal all the openings. After 2 weeks of completing the job, I haven’t heard any activity in the attic. I think that means the rats are gone.
I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again
Called out California Attic & Build for an inspection because I knew my insulation was really old. Dan came out a day later and gave me a full breakdown of what he found in my attic plus he took photos to explain himself. Very professional and thorough with the explanation of the project and I learned a lot from our meeting together.
