wings were phenomenal, great selection of beer, attentive staff. overall great atmosphere and a great place to go either pre or post padres game! need to get back ASAP
So my navy friends warned against coming here and I’m finishing the game. More than likely even coming back. But $50+ deep into the night top of the eighth of game 3 I was told I couldn’t sit down because I had a tab open with the bar. Bartender at the bar was amazing. She did a hell of a job. However the waitress that was working the table noted told me that I couldn’t sit there. As you can see there was nowhere else to sit. Place is great. Just that one lady kind of ruined my night. I know I’m 1 of 1000 that come in here everyday so I’m sure they won’t care.
Visited over the weekend to catch UFC 298 and the place was packed. We arrived a bit early at 7 PM and was able to snag tables with a good view of the PPV event. The food was a typical of bar food and was enjoyable. The nachos were our top pick and then fish tacos and onion rings. Even tho the place was packed our server was attentive and frequently checked on our drinks. I highly recommend trying the Moscow Mule and the Shark Bite for the drinks. Definitely a spot to revisit.
The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They had 31 beers on tap and a full bar. It gets really crowded on game nights. There are healthy options on the menu. We had the cali-flower wings and one of the tots specialties and both were wonderful. Our table was by a window looking out to the patio area.
A fun place to pregame before the game as well as watch the game! Best drink prices in gaslamp even outside of happy hour! The nachos were a great portion size big enough for 3 people! And they have the best wings since they’re grilled!
