When a customer on a busy Saturday morning ask for toasted open faced; please toast the bagel and ensure it’s served open faced. At a cost of $45 for 2 lox bagels and a tea alone, is overpriced; But please toast the bagel and serve it open faced when requested. It was a waste of our time and unpleasant. Thanks
Our first visit to Big City Bagels Cafe this morning was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Vanessa greeted us with the warmest smile and a thoughtful gesture—complimentary donuts! What a delightful way to start our experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and every single staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. This cafe is truly a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back again. We’ll be spreading the word to everyone we know about this incredible place. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!
Great bagels BUT, the lox breakfast sandwich comes with literally ONE THING SLICE of salmon. Pathetic. There’s 3x more tomato than salmon. You should just call it a tomato breakfast sandwich lol. You have to get double lox to even taste it. And then your lox sandwich is well over $20 (and that’s pick up pricing not uber eats!). Cmon guys. One thin slice is disrespectful to your customers.
$2 extra dollars for a gluten free bagel half the size of a regular. On a “high rise” sandwich. A complete rip off.
Stopped in earlier this week to pick up some bagels, and we weren’t disappointed! The bagels here are of the thick, fluffy variety. If you’re looking for a crisper exterior, I’d go with Nomad’s wood-fired bagels down the street. But if you’re looking for a wider variety of bagel flavors, BCB wins out.
Cinnamon raisin bagels have been my favorite so far, as they’re really flavorful and balanced.
The atmosphere in this shop has been significantly improved with the ownership changeover— I can tell that they invested some funds in improving the aesthetics. We’ll def be back!
