I hired this company to move my family’s belongings, but they ended up damaging several items despite my reminders to be careful. It was clear that they were in a rush and wanted to finish quickly. I paid for three hours of service, but they completed the job in just two hours. When I asked if they could help move some furniture within the house, they declined.

We have had poor outcomes with movers over the years so our recent experience with Best Fit Movers was a pleasant surprise. They were absolutely amazing. They were professional, had the proper equipment and offered a fair price.
We hired Best Fit to move my daughter’s belongings from 4S Ranch to a storage facility on Feb. 7. They showed up within the window they provided and quickly got down to business. Derrick and Alex worked flawlessly together as if they had been a team for years. They handled the furniture and boxes with care and navigated the tight stairwell turns like pros. They were more than liberal with the bubble wrap (of course, we were paying for every roll!). No damaged furniture, no scratches on the walls, no complaining. They were pleasant and dutifully followed all our requests.
They didn’t take a break every 10 minutes or pause for social media updates on their phones like many movers in our past experiences. Before I could even lock the door, their truck was rolling down the road on its way to the storage unit. My daughter now has found her new home and we are planning to not only use Best Fit again but to request Derrick and Alex for the assignment.
