They made things right, but we had 2 big issues.
1. A worker was cutting material to protect our walls and with a cutting knife, put 2 big scrapes in our luxury vinyl plank. They actually replaced what we saw initially, but I found a second huge scratch after that I just let be.
2. An even bigger issue is that they came onto and did an inspection, did all the work, sealed up EVERYTHING, but we had rats come back a year later. They were great and came back out, recommend we do a smoke test, which we did for $200 with another company and, we found that they missed the main issue 2 times was our main sewer pipe was not connected to the outside vent. They were asking me I wanted it capped, but I said I would like it attached to the vent. They did great work at no cost extending the pipe, and it fixed the rat issue and sewer smell we were having to start with. If they had just capped it we would have had really big issues. They are not plumbers and should not suggest capping sewer pipes to did a rat issue.

Once they fixed that we have had no issues.

They really did a great job with all the work, but we spent $7000 on removing all insulation, sealing up everything and them eventually fixing the pipe. However, the $200 smoke test they recommended is what I should have stated with and possibly saved a ton of money. That is on me.

Highly recommended! We had a rat issue and odd smell in the attic of our house. They cleaned out all the old insulation, sealed everything up, and found the hole they were sneaking in though some small hole in old brick. They were able to fix the issue in the same week. Our house is back to smelling great, and no new rat sounds.

Just had my attic cleared, cleaned, and insulated by Attic Construction. The crew did a great job – they were prompt, professional, and quick! They first covered up the floors and walls with plastic to protect and keep them clean. They removed the old insulation using a giant vacuum. Next, they sanitized the attic and finally, installed a thick layer of new insulation. The process was much easier, quicker, and cleaner than I had anticipated.

Humberto and his crew were out today to insulate our attic. They removed the 50+ year old insulation (and two old empty bottles of beer–not mine, I swear!), blew in new insulation, and thoroughly cleaned up around the job site. The whole crew was courteous and efficient, and they were sure to leave the house clean. It is 90 degrees out this afternoon, and even with just half a day of insulation, I can already tell that our living space will be more comfortable–and bearable–on hot days!
