Talk about great service. From meeting Sol when he showed up right on time, to shaking his hand when the job was completed, was nothing short of impressive. He worked cleaning my large roof with precision and dedication. Great to see there are still people with strong work ethic, and Sol is definitely one of them. My roof looks beautiful and all of my property around my home was kept in impeccable shape. Sol also did a great job cleaning my solar panels so they are ready for the spring sunshine. I rarely write reviews, but Ascension Home Service truly deserves recognition. After my home insurance policy was non-renewed due to a satellite image claiming my roof had mold (which seemed highly inaccurate), I found Ascension online. They offered a less abrasive cleaning method to help reinstate my policy. Initially, I was hesitant, but I was proven completely wrong.
Tony, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He patiently answered all my questions, provided before-and-after photos, and even replaced a broken pot without being asked—a small but meaningful gesture that spoke volumes about his integrity.
