It’s a great store to purchase the tile you need. Excellent customer service from the show room to the order desk all the way to the pick up warehouse department.
Changed my review to very satisfied. Used all the tiles at the end of my project and incidentally chipped a piece on the wall. My contractor is a great guy and called Arizona tile ordering one piece. Hector at the warehouse is very responsive and generously provide a sample tile to make the project complete on time. Would recommend the Store.
I’ve completed multiple remodels, and this is my go-to tile store. It’s convenient and the showroom is not overwhelming. The staff is so helpful. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and they were able to guide me. They’re currently open normal hours and typically have a 2 day turnaround from the warehouse on orders.
The store was clean and well lit. The staff and all the customers wore masks for safety. Casey was very helpful and patient with all our questions. We were looking for tiles for our fireplace, bath, shower, kitchen floor, counters, and backsplash. Many wonderful choices. We were able to get samples so that we could see how they looked in our place. Great customer service.
