Christian was very helpful and professional, I walked in and was greeted with a smile, asked if I needed anthing, as an untrained spa guy he quickly gave me all the knowledge and information I needed. 10/10 will do bussinnes again.
Great tubs at good prices got ours during a holiday sale and our no-pressure salesperson helped us get a good deal. Everyone is kind and professional. Christian is very knowledgeable and I call him even months after delivery. He remembers me and works hard to help with whatever I need. The whole team just shines really; the techs, the sales office, and I have the cell phone of the service manager in case anything goes wrong. Truly a great operation and I would buy from them again. I also recommend the True Water system. It’s low maintenance and worry free. We’re so happy we bought our Jacuzzi!

Zackary was very helpful in picking the correct tub for our needs. We received detailed instructions on setting up the electrical and pad area. Delivery was quick. Best customer service. Once installed, I’ve enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. Each seat has different features and massage types. Shiatsu, deep tissue, hands, feet, hips, upper and lower back, the jacuzzi does it all. Very happy 😊
Christian was so knowledgeable that you’d think he’d been doing this for a decade! I just purchased my first ever jacuzzi. I did some searching at other stores but from beginning to end the level of service at Aqua Paradise was a step above.
First, this location has several floor models that you can actually try out to really tell the difference between models and the different jets. I initially intended to get the cheapest available but one test run later and I was sold on the difference between the 200 and 300 models.
Christian who worked with me answered every question I could possibly think of and several I never considered. I was informed of everything I needed from dimensions in our backyard, size of access to the property, type of electrical lines ect.
Purchasing was simple and easy and my different options were clear on how to proceed from beginning to end.
When I bought here I got everything in one go from delivery, installation, initial filters, top loader and step. No hidden costs and my only surprise was when it got here earlier than expected. When they were done with their job I just needed to wait for it to heat and then plop in and achieve bliss.
I’ve now had my jacuzzi for one month and can easily say that Aqua Paradise’ support continues even after purchase. I was having some issues with foamy water and reached out to Christian for advice. Almost immediately after he was on the phone with me going over all of the possible causes and recommended fixes to bring everything back in line. He also gave various alternatives and considerations to prevent it from occurring again as well as advice for when I hit later milestones. Every piece of advice was tailored to my specific situation and needs rather than just some generic talking points. You really feel like they want you to be completely set with your tub so you can use it without issue and will quickly assist whatever needs to be done to reach that state.
I love my new J-315 and will recommend Aqua Paradise to anyone who is shopping.
