Very professional staff! Everyone I contacted was friendly, professional and attentive! The nursing staff made me comfortable and explained each process. The anesthesiologist met with me explaining the medications he would b using to put me under for the procedure. Once in the surgery room. Dr Mayer explained the procedure and what might happen based on what he might find during the procedure.
30 mins later I was awake and Dr Mayer explained how the procedure went.
Within minutes after waking up I felt great w very little effects of the anesthesia and walked out and headed home.
I highly recommend Dr Mayer and his staff!! Professional, friendly, personable and attentive. I felt like everyone cared and enjoyed their job.
Dr Mayer is obviously very caring with the questions he asks so far as how you are doing & what might need to be done in the future. This is the 2nd time I will be seeing him & feel very comfortable with going back. I really appreciate his gentle but professional manner & sense of humor which puts you at ease.

His wonderful bedside manner and expertise in gastroenterology are evident, and I felt at ease, reassured, and confident in his care every step of the way. The anesthesiologist, nurses, and support staff are equally amazing. They were friendly, patient, and ready to assist me with any questions or concerns. The level of coordination and communication within the team is impressive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Dr. Mayer and his team to anyone in need of gastroenterological services. They truly go above and beyond to provide extraordinary care!
Absolutely the best care in this field. From the front desk to nurses to the anesthesiologist and Dr. Mayer is excellent his skills 10+!
Oh my gosh! 3 days trying to make an appointment. Left messages with no joy. Today, I held for 12 minutes. When I was next up…. my call was sadly and quite mysteriously disconnected.
This seems to be common according to other reviews.
It seems as if it’s long past time that the front office get a managerial makeover.
