We were surprised and extremely pleased with the quick response from Anderson to our initial call. Our heater was non responsive that day and my trouble shooting did not solve the problem. Within an hour of our call to Anderson, Cole arrived. Cole was polite, friendly and after listening to my small input he immediately got down to identifying the problem. He also spent some time looking at the overall condition of the furnace inside and out as it was 15 years old. Within a short time, Cole was showing me where the immediate problem was and what the cost involved was for multiple options moving forward. We enjoyed all of our interaction with Cole and highly recommend him and the Anderson company.
I am pleased with the service I received from Charles Cooper. When he arrived, he was upfront about the fees and what he was going to do. He performed his job efficiently and in a timely manner. He explained what he found and made sure the problem was resolved. He was professional but friendly and helpful. Overall it was great experience.
Fernando Gonzalez Jr. was fantastic! Fernando was sent by Andersen Plumbing to explain Andersen’s water purification system and he was extremely knowledgeable in explaining and answering our questions about the system. At a subsequent appointment Fernando also installed our chosen system and a new water regulator-we are extremely pleased with the entire process! The placement was perfectly done, Fernando cleaned up after he finished and explained the components and what each did.
This was our first experience with Andersen and we would definitely recommend and will request Fernando if we have future plumbing needs.
Hugo Madrid did a fantastic job handling our plumbing issue!! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, offer a detailed report on what can currently be addressed and what will need to be addressed with future work. His attention to detail, professional&polite demeanor, and efficiency were nothing short of outstanding. I totally understand why this company gets such stellar reviews now 🙂 the detailed work notes he provided will allow for future technicians to easily pick up from the previous steps taken and that will save everyone involved so much time. Thanks again Hugo for making what was a stressful incident a much more manageable thing in general.
I’m sorry to write a negative review. I have tried to resolve this issue, but to no avail. I recently had Anderson install a Hybrid heat-pump water heater. I chose this type because of the various rebates available made it affordable. From the beginning I discussed these rebates with Anderson and they confirmed them. With the exception of one, the rebates are Anderson’s responsibility. However, a month has passed and I have no rebates. I have spoken with a number of people in the company and have been promised immediate action, one going so far as telling me a specific amount of money was forthcoming. Sadly, nothing has happened. When I am able to reach someone they promise to follow up, promise to update me the next day, promise to talk to management and get back to me… but they haven’t. I really don’t know what is going on. I am talking about thousands of dollars. Am I screwed? As for their service, the water heater was installed, but I discovered a leak and had to shut it off over a weekend. I discovered the water heater’s automatic leak detection system was missing as well. After several visits the problems were eventually resolved, but their trial and error approach made it clear to me they did not know what they were doing. Yes, they stuck with it and got it right. Hopefully they will get the rebates done as well, but I am not optimistic.
