Toli handled a lengthy list of items necessary to turnover a former rental and prep for a new tenant. Toli did a fantastic job and finished each job earlier than expected. He even noticed issues that my owner needed to address to prevent future issues such as sealing any access openings to the unit, in areas such as pipes and open areas around the pipe entry under the sink. Toli sealed it up and replaced some warped shelving, replaced water damaged trim near the shower, put together several large pieces of new furniture, replaced the medicine cabinet and installed wood tiles on the outdoor patio. He also hung an extension rod and curtains, repositioned several heavy wall pieces, refinished some stool seats and painted a metal table to a more neutral color. The unit has a fresh, vibrant look. He always cleaned before he left. We will definitely continue to work with Toli. He was professional, prompt and such a positive and easy going professional! 5 stars all the way. Anatoli provided excellent and quick service. He was able to pull out and fix my washing machine, which 3 other handymen I hired gave up on. He identified what parts of the doorframe needed to be removed to pullout the washer, removed them cleanly, pulled out the washer/dryer, made the repairs and cleanly replaced the doorframe all in a couple hours work. If you have a tough project that requires precision and strength, this is your guy. I highly recommend him!
Anatoli installed the following for us: 1> a Moen dual-mount bath bathroom vanity fixture with frosted glass (from Amazon), 2> a Ring floodlight camera for the garage, & 3> a tv-mount for a 55-inch tv (from Costco). We are happy for the quality of his work and reasonable price! We plan to use Anatoli’s services in the future… highly recommend his work. Thank you, Anatoli!
I can’t speak highly enough of Anatoli as a person and my experience working with him as a handyman. He is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, honest and trustworthy. I had him run and wire electrical for and install a Ring floodlight cam, install new closet doors in my hallway, a new ceiling fan in my family room and new outdoor light fixtures. He got back to me right away and was able to stop by and look at my projects, ask questions and set up a time to come out and complete the work a day or two later.
Anatoli is extremely punctual, a great communicator and just all around nice guy and very easy to work with. He kept me up to date on progress and potential issues and options along the way. He hit the ground running as soon as he got here and did a great, contractor grade job on all my projects.
Finding a good, honest handyman isn’t easy so I will definitely be hiring Anatoli for any future projects that he wants to take on. Thanks, Anatoli!
Anatoli did a terrific and timely job with a complete turnover, refresh and cleanup of my rental property. This included painting, furniture assembly, baseboard repairs, patio tile installation, moving picture frames and numerous other small repairs and solutions to make our unit a stellar rental! He was responsive and timely…also flexible when materials arrived later than hoped. I hold the greatest respect for contractors and handymen who are honest, thorough and timely.
