Dr Chang is caring, kind and attentive. She doesn’t rush through appointments and creates a safe environment for her patients to voice their health concerns. I have been her patient for over a year and she has been crucial in helping me manage PCOS. Would recommend her to all!
A few years ago I wrote a negative review about Dr. Chang. Today I would like to update that review. It was negative about the care she gave to my son. Sometimes being a parent of a disabled child can be overwhelming. I’m not using it as an excuse. Yet, I look back and felt that maybe it was my fault for not communicating effectively. I had the chance to see her myself along with a fellow at my appointment today. It took a lot of courage for her to ask me about my negative review. She handled a delicate situation with grace. I have a whole new respect for her and how professional she was during our conversation. We got to the bottom of things. Prior to our conversation about my review, I must say she did a very good job with with my health concerns and answered all my questions at my appointment today. It’s not my intention to hurt people. So when I’m wrong, I admit it. I will continue my care with her. I’m glad things worked out the way they did. She’s a very good physician!! 😊
Dr Amy Chang is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She is caring, knowledgeable and encouraging. I am a type I diabetic and controlling it is challenging. I no longer dread my appointments. She never makes me feel guilty if my numbers aren’t perfect. Rather, she works with me to adjust my regime so that my control improves. Since becoming her patient, my blood sugars have been the best they’ve ever been.
I LOVE Dr. Amy Chang!!! She is amazing, I always felt like I was speaking with a friend in every appointment I had with her. She is very attentive!!! Different from other doctors, she actually listens to your concerns and makes sure to address them right away. She also never hesitated to order labs every time I asked her for them. Dr. Chang is still my endocrinologist and I wouldn’t replace her with any other doctor. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me, Dr. Chang!
Dr. Amy Chang has been my endocrinologist for the management of my Type 1 Diabetes and hypothyroidism for almost 3 years. She is the BEST! When I received my T1D diagnosis at age 38, I was absolutely devastated. She has not only continued to support me with all the correct medical treatment, but has provided emotional support as well. I am confident and 100% certain that she stays up to speed with all the most current research and is extremely knowledgeable in the field of endocrinology! I know I can always count on her to answer any of my questions or concerns.
Even if I email a simple question about my sugars, I get a very fast response from her and her office staff. I really appreciate her incredible wealth of knowledge and also her patience with all my questions over the years! She continues to be The doctor I recommend to anyone I know that needs an endocrinologist!!!
