Place is good, good view of the stage from pretty much everywhere. Their seating policy is pretty strict. They wouldn’t let us in because one of the people in our party hadn’t arrived and if he came later they would not seat him next to us. In think it’s overly complicated. Their drinks are overpriced and seemed watered down, which isn’t great even they have a 2 drink minimum.
Doors open at 7:15pm for the 8pm showing. There was already a line at 7pm. The guy walks around with a big QR print out for you to scan for the menu. They walk down the line to check you in by taking your last name.
Come early if you want to be seated towards the front. If you want to be seated together with your group, everyone must be present.
The venue can hold 200 people with a mixture of 5 seated tables facing the stage with bar tops in the back and singles along the wall.
It’s a minimum of 2 drink per person. Specialty Cocktails cost $18 for single and $28 for double. It gets sneaky when they ask you what brand spirit you want. What you don’t know is when the bill comes, they charge an additional $4 for everything besides house brand. I would recommend to stick with beer, wine or canned drinks ranges from $10-$16.
We also ordered ballpark nachos ($18) which was fully loaded with beans, cheese, jalapeños, salsa and guacamole on the side. Huge portion that could feed 4.
We bought tickets to see Dave Atell. It started out with a host and two other openers. At the very end, they all came on stage. Overall, it was a small and intimate venue. Not a bad seat in the house. You may get picked on if you sit towards the front.
Super fun date night! Spontaneously decided to come on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and we had a blast! Show was perfectly priced – $70 bucks for two is a steal! 2 drink minimum per guest is required but boy do they hook you up on the alcohol!! John was our server! He was super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu! Anytime we needed anything he was right there – he was great! If you’re thinking of coming don’t think just come and have a great night! John also mentioned open mic night with happy hour on Tuesdays so for any locals it seems like a great thing to do on a tueaday night. Once again shoutout to John! Thank you for the great service sir!
This is our second time here and we always have a great time with good drinks. We love how intimate the setting is to watch comedians. The service is amazing and really quick turn around time. Our server Bryan was kind and attentive- but not disruptive to the show (lol). There is a two drink min. The drinks & show combined cost $132. Keep in mind we got a top shelf tequila ginger ale so there is probably cheaper drinks. We will definitely be back!
For a Tuesday event, out of towner & never been to a local comedy club we all really enjoyed it. Some of the acts have their good and bad, depending on your sense of humour & interests.
But it starts at 8, happy hour with $9 cocktails and it went on for 2 hours solid with 3/5 minutes of stand up.
Take your date, take you mum, highly recommended. Corey & the Baghdad act was my favourite 👌🏻
