Alliance is a wonderful company to work with! Recently Julie, Preston and Joshua at Alliance helped manage our project and they went above and beyond for us! They came out same day after business hours, estimate was ready shortly after and we even got to get on the schedule faster than anticipated. Overall, we are happy with their service and process and will recommend them to all our family and friends.

Sadly, this company came in to clean the duct work and didn’t put down any tarps under their cleaning equipment. They dropped a heavy piece of equipment and chipped the hardwood floor in my bedroom. They worked a small discount to their price, but I still have a new chip in my hardwood. I originally wasn’t going to post this because it happened a while back, but it was nagging at me that I should do the right thing and let others know. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. They are just not meticulous enough so I couldn’t recommend them and wouldn’t use them again. The price is the highest prices you will pay, but the quality of work doesn’t match the high-end pricing.

I worked with Alliance on a project recently. Specifically Julie and Preston, both were extremely communicative on their progress with the project as well as their findings. It was a pleasure having no gaps in communication with our mutual client.
