Ryan Anderson, our plumber, was spectacular. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The pricing was very fair. Ryan described how he was going to solve the problem leak. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Ryan showed us the part that had failed. He also recommended some upgrades we will consider.
I was very impressed with the service and will us them again for both our home and income property when needed.
It was a Sunday and I left a message for All American Plumbing as my kitchen sinks were backed up. I was happy as I got a call back within ten minutes. Someone was going to come out in the next few hours. I got a call from Iain to let me know he was on his way. He came in and assessed the situation and explained what had to done and the cost. He was a very impressive young man and new what he was talking about. He did a great job and we were very happy with his work. We would definitely recommend using All American Plumbing Inc and would definitely use them again.
Very Impressed!! I received a quote from 4 different companies and all American had quantity and quality so I chose them and wasn’t disappointed. I worked with Justen who went above and beyond for installing sub meters for a rental property. I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing services and whatever services they offer as it was seamless from obtaining a quote, to communication with theor front office and quality craftsmanship and pride in their work. Lance and Brandon were awesome! They were able to come out the same day (even squeezed us in to their fully booked day due to our situation being an active leak – thank you!). After evaluating all the wet drywall they were able to quickly zero in to locate and fix the pinhole leak, and then were able to get us set up with a water remediation company (who also promptly came out to begin the drying process). Overall a terrific experience for an unfortunate water leak situation. I would (will) definitely call them again.
Overall great experience with All American Plumbing. Notified when technician was on his way. Elliott arrived within the time window scheduled. Provided an estimate of work before he began. Technician covered his shoes before heading upstairs to replace my toilet and flange. Worked quickly and got the job done. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Took a credit card for payment. All was efficient and professional. With this company you can get quick competent service. Note that you may get a different technician every time you call, but they have a great reputation for excellent service. From my experience I would call them again if I have a plumbing need.
