My technician, David, from Absolute Duct & Chimney arrived promptly today. My first observation was that he is young & very polite. Soon after he started to work, I observed that he was experienced & knew what he was doing. He finished in a timely manner & explained to me the condition of my dryer duct, hose & whatever. He gave me suggestions on keeping my dryer more free of lint.
David encouraged me to not wait so long between dryer duct cleanings. I won’t! I was warned during the LA fires, that a pretty high percentage of fires are started by dirty dryer ducts. I took that seriously & haven’t washed a load of clothes until this duct cleaning.

From the moment I requested an inspection, ADCC was responsive and easy to schedule. Joey showed up on time and did an incredible job with the inspection, cleaning, and recommendations on how to keep our chimney in working order. Our dog also loved him.
