Had a great experience with the company especially working with rental properties, Alex fixed our washer/dryer combo and when it was past repair, he was very honest and upfront about everything. Our guests say he definitely knows his stuff 100% and gives a fair an honest price for his work as well 100% recommend!
We hired A-Tech Appliance repair and they got the job done. So happy our washer and dryer were installed. We plan to run a load to run test how it’s working but so far happy with our experience!
Horrible! I had Tim repair my Samsung washer and he damaged it in the process. It needed the water pump fixed and when he was finished he damaged the top piece of my washer where the dryer stacks. My dryer is now unstable. He said he’d get a replacement part 10 days ago and has not ever contacted me. I’m so frustrated by the incredibly poor customer service.
Alex is amazing. Will always fit you into his schedule quickly and gives it to you straight. Does not do any unnecessary repairs as we have experienced with multiple other appliance specialists. Extremely knowledgeable of all appliances and HVAC and provides a very fair price. And just a super nice person. Hire this guy. You will be extremely happy you did.
Alex was prompt, and very experienced! My dishwasher drainage problem was resolved quickly. Price was reasonable, and I will use him again for sure.
