I had a wonderful experience with 858 appliance our technician Nick helped to fix my fridge. He was very informative and explained what we can do to maintain our appliance going forward. So when my dryer started making a crazy noise recently I called up 858 again and asked for Nick. He was there the next day and my dryer is all running like new. Honest, efficient and affordable. Thank you!
I have used the company several times over the years, most recently yesterday. Every time I have hired them, I have found them to be knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, honest. They explain the problem and what is involved in the repair, and they have even advised me to replace an appliance rather than fix it, even though they could have made the repair, and taken my money knowing that it was only a short-term solution. They are respectful of my home, taking care to not harm my floors and walls, and they clean up behind themselves. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its service people.
I called 858 Appliance Repair Tuesday and Nick arrived Wed. on time. I had jammed up our dryer by getting 1-2 socks caught around a fan blade. Nick very quickly went to work. The washer and dryer are stacked with the dryer on top in a small pocket of an upstairs bathroom behind the door; very awkward for a repair. Nick had to remove the front panel, the side panel and the top which had many screws standing on a step stool. He had the sock out and things back together in less than an hour. He was patient and pleasant throughout the process. I was very relieved that my careless mistake was fixed . 858 Appliance will be my first call for any appliance repairs in the future.
Had the absolute pleasure of working with 858 Appliance, they were super fast getting to my apartment to fix my dryer. great pricing, the tech Gor was super cool and very friendly. Hopefully I don’t have any appliances breaking in the near future but if I do I will 100% be calling these guys back.
