I had ceilings checked for asbestos by 3West Environmental, Inc. before having repairs done. It was very easy to contact the company. Tim responded quickly to set up the inspection. Jose came to do the inspection. He was prompt and professional. He was respectful in taking samples. I received my report within days. I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend 3West Environmental, Inc.
The staff at 3 West Enviormental were very professional in their dealings with me. Jose showed nothing but great customer service in dealing with a problematic tenant inside the unit he was testing! Tim and Addie were on top of keeping me posted. I appreciate it the call from Tim introducing himself and telling me about his company very professional in my book. My client and I had an amazing experience with Shaun. We had lots of questions regarding asbestos and mold. Shaun was extremely patient when explaining the process over the phone. We also had the opportunity of working with him during the actual inspection. It was really nice to have the same person walk you through the process over the phone then show up to the property to complete the inspection. Shaun was very knowledgeable and was able to put my clients mind at ease. I would highly recommend and will refer to many more clients.
Super fast response. Super Service. Super happy! The tech/inspector, Shaun, was extremely thorough and explained the process of samples he was taking. The final report was extremely detailed and included photos and recommendations. The company owner, Tim, was easily accessible and answered all questions in prompt manner. This is my second time using 3West Environmental. In March, we had to abate asbestos before installing new floors. Due to a manufacturing defect, our new flooring had to be ripped out, which disturbed the previously encapsulated mastic. Once the second round of abatement occurred, I called Tim and he responded within minutes to schedule the clearance test. The tester (Sean, I believe) showed up on time and we had our results the next day. I would recommend 3West Environmental to anyone who needs any environmental testing services. A+ all the way!
