I’ve used Thuro-Dry on two separate occasions. Once for a second floor shower leak and another time for a broken water pipe in my garage. Ron is very friendly and honest and he only recommended services that I needed, nothing more. He was on time to each of those appointments, was very thorough during the inspection, and billed me a completive rate for work done. I will definitely call him again if I’m ever faced with the unfortunate luck of water damage!
We can’t thank Ron enough with helping us with drying our kitchen floors. After calling him he came out right away to look at our floors and assess the damage that had been done by a leak. He was honest, reliable, communicable, and very reasonable with pricing. Ron went above and beyond to help us. You just do not find that around anymore. We will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Ron was awesome. I had a water heater fail while I was away and had a fair bit of standing water. I’m grateful that my Google search led me to 24/7 Thuro-Dry. He was thorough, gave a great explanation of what exactly was needed and took care of my issues with incredibly reasonable prices. He even gave me the name of a great plumber to boot! I hope I don’t need these services again, but I know I’ll be calling Ron right away if I have to deal with water damage again!
Fantastic equipment for removing water. High energy, thorough. All the wet carpet pad was removed and the carpet was thoroughly dried. All the wet baseboards were removed, and the walls dried. He had lost of practical advice, too, very helpful. Reasonable cost too.
I want to really express my gratitude to this gentleman RON for his services. He was there in a scary and difficult moment as a homeowner. There is nothing more scary than a flooding situation. Ron was efficient, reliable, explained w/detail his cleaning process and more than anything showed compassion for us. He was also very reasonable with his prices. I highly recommend him. Get a quote, shop around I know I did my research and he beat them all. Thank you RON I will definitely keep you in my referral book for anyone dealing with flooding or cleanup.
