Yummy ice cream at Sunday! Love the diversity of flavors, will need to come back to try more. We had the milo, oolong brown sugar, and hello panda flavors. Very tasty. Friendly staff and the ice cream is quickly prepared. Recommend!
I don’t go to many ice cream stores but my friend suggested going after our trip to Handoo right next to it.
As always, the parking is a bit unreliable unless you get lucky or go on a weekday.
The unique gimmick of this store is that all their flavors are Oriental! So stuff like tea, ube, and matcha. The prices seem high but their serving portions are incredibly generous. Definitely recommend getting a split scoop! The two scoop cone was a bit too much for me to handle.
It’s all made in store and they even have merchandise if you end up being that big a fan!
Sunday Ice Cream has classic Asian flavors as well as some new ones I’ve never tried, such as Injeolmi. We got pandan and taro ube in one split single scoop and the other was Thai tea with oolong. The pandan and Thai flavors were our favorites. All the flavors we tried were rich and had smooth, ice cream consistency. Each scoop comes with a piece of waffle.
A small and clean ice cream shop. All of the five star Yelp reviews are well deserved, it’s definitely worth the trip. Service is quick and efficient. They also offer free samples. Also not expensive. $5/scoop.
This place serves some of the best matcha ice cream in town. The shop is small but cute. We tried the split cups with matcha ice cream and boricha, as well as milo and jujube honey. The matcha flavor is incredibly rich and bold—absolutely delicious. I was also impressed by the milo ice cream, which brought back fond memories of the drink I grew up with. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors.
