Dr Steve custom tailors a treatment for each patient. Each session I’ve had decompresses the spine and uses a laser to lessen the nerve pain experienced. At home therapies include a heating belt and a foot nerve spa. In a few weeks I’m already noticing improvement. Highly recommend !

Dr. Elli treated me for a 3mm bulging disk on my L5S1. I had been having chronic low back pain over the past 3 years and thought it was muscle entrapment. When I told Elli I was a boulderer she instantly told me my pain comes from a disk issue and ordered me an MRI. With a positive result I began treatment. For the past 3 months Elli has been attentive and caring to my pain and consistently worked with me to improve the situation. Slowly we went from barely walking to walking smoothly and feeling good in my body. I’m very grateful for all the help from dr. Elli and the ability to continue to pursue climbing. Dr. Kamran, Alex and Karina were also so helpful and made every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are struggling with back issues!
