I paid almost $200 for a DEEP cleaning of my bathroom and bedroom, and all they did was vacuum, wipe some things down, and lightly dust. After asking me to review the work they’d done in the bathroom, I asked if Leila could clean the shower caddy in my bathroom. Leila responded that I buy a new one after advising that she wouldn’t be cleaning it. My toilet was left with a dark ring underneath the perimeter of the bowl, the sink spout and showerhead were both untouched, and they didn’t touch my closet or under the bed. In addition to the poor cleaning job for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning, I was asked to reschedule my appointment to an earlier day/time on short notice and they still arrived almost 2 hours earlier than the confirmed appointment time. I’m incredibly unhappy with this experience as it was both unprofessional and lackluster. If I could get a full refund, I would. I do not recommend.
