I have a chronic ear issue, so I have visited three times now over the last couple years, and my experiences have all been positive. Kyle was very informative and made recommendations to help prevent my issues from recurring. He explained the procedure and helped me not be anxious for it. I felt immediate relief and two weeks later feel great. I have had negative experiences at primary care, not their fault, but now I know to come here as they have the proper tools and experience to help me with this condition.

In addition, being able to view this procedure on screen made it actually more comfortable as I could see what was happening and not cringing… thinking, “what next!”
Kyle is awesome at every appointment and any interaction that I have had with him via phone or in person. He is very thorough…he listens to my concerns and answers my questions and gives great recommendations and suggestions on how to move forward in managing and/or treating symptoms. The appointment is never rushed. He is always patient and attentive. Great interactions with the staff, always so helpful, pleasant, and courteous in person and over the phone. I would highly recommend ENT Associates.
Dr Said did a great job being fully transparent keeping my son and I comfortable throughout this entire process. He was very informative and let us know what he was doing every step of the way. My sons nose turned out amazing & I am so happy and grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Said!
Staff were always great and friendly. I was referred by my doctor due to having a swollen nose and not being able to breathe. I had one surgery by Dr. McCallion on April 2024 due to “bacteria” “ yucky stuff” building up. I felt better for a while, but still with sinus problems. On September 2024 the same problem happen now on my right side, I had a very swollen nose and could not breath, only way was thru the mouth. I was put on steroids and a biopsy was done. Went on regular visits and problem persisted, biopsy came contaminated 2 times and a third was done (never received results). I felt very bad could not breathe correctly, was told by Dr McCallion maybe another surgery needed to be done to get all that “yuck stuff” out. I switch my insurance to Kaiser ( open enrollment in November to be effective January) since I need to see someone else. By December I finished the steroids (treatment) and was even worse when I stopped taking the steroids. On January had a biopsy done at Kaiser (new place), results came back as a Lymphoma NK T a very rare type of cancer. I am pretty sure I had this problem all along and was never detected just called “yucky stuff” accumulated in the nose. I am going thru chemo and radiation, luckily I switched my Insurance and ENT.
