Dreamstyle Remodeling

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our experience with Dreamstyle has been anything but good. We are so disappointed that Costco would endorse their work. We’ve always trusted their choice of reputable companies that they work with until now.
The day they were supposed to start demo they didn’t show up because no one was put on the schedule to start our project. No one told us that after the installation was complete after 3 days that that did not include the glass door! Someone came to measure once done & then we had to wait for the door to be installed. The glass guy was great & rushed things for us but the process through Dreamstyle was very frustrating. The caulking on the outside of the shower is terrible! It’s thick & has black floating things in it. And the baseboard was damaged & not repaired. It’s just cut off at a weird angle & left exposed…not even painted. I’m currently waiting….again….for someone to show up to fix it. Was supposed to happen last week but they had to cancel due to a broken truck & supposedly the company wouldn’t lend him another truck to come fix their mess. As I wait they are an hour late of course.
My advice….find another company if you’re looking to remodel your bathroom shower.

Had my kirchen cabinets refaced. The 5 stars is for the work getting done in a timely manner. Took a long time to get it started. The boxes show a date of Nov 2024 for dreamstyle receiving the product. Didn’t call me till February 2025! So not happy with that. BUT the installation was done by Jonathan and Joe and they were great! Finished in 3 days instead of the 4-5 days I was told it would take. Took great care to clean up after themselves daily and very professional and polite! Love those guys!
When I remodeled my master bath with a walk in shower…1 day! Again cleaned up after themselves and took away all trash! Quick turnaround time getting materials all was done within a month of planning! Very happy with my new bathroom!
Financing was super easy too! So other than long wait AFTER they received my cabinets the job was outstanding and reasonably priced. Would use them again but would call every few weeks to see if materials were in instead of waiting on them!
