My opinion of Dr Narula is that he is an excellent Cardiac Physician. He was very thorough in his explanation of my condition and the procedure needed to bring back my good health. My procedure went well and the post-op instructions were very informative. We met today for the first post-op appointment and he told me what I already knew that the procedure went as planned. I highly recommend Dr. Narula. I look forward for our next appointment.
After having several meetings with Dr. Narula and his team, I finally decided to have a TAVR. At 95 years old, I was very nervous. It has been 9 days since my procedure and I still haven’t had 1 minute of pain. The hardest part of the whole ordeal was having to arrive at the hospital by 5:30am. Dr. Narula kept me advised throughout the entire process. He is always upbeat, positive, and a pleasure to be around. Thanks to Dr. Narula, I am now looking forward to enjoying my life!
Dr. Narula saved my Dad’s life. My Dad had a quad bypass a couple years ago and one of the arteries failed, he was having chest pain multiple times a day and popping nitros. A Doctor at Kaiser told us there was nothing they could do. My Dad went to see Dr. Narula, he ran extensive testing and was sure he could help him. And he did. We are greatful that Dr. Narula gave him his quality of life back.
Dr. Narula is exceptional. He answers all questions and exhibits compassion and understanding.
I am thankful Dr. Narula was the on-call Cardiologist when I was admitted to the hospital with a Pulmonary Embolism. Dr. Narula called my hospital room to explain a procedure he wanted to perform that would minimize my stay in the hospital, improve my breathing, and immediately reduce the strain on my heart, while other doctors wanted to allow for the blood thinners to take its course. The procedure was a success and I was released from the hospital the next day and have been improving everyday. While I was being prepped for surgery, I told Dr. Narula I was changing my insurance to remain in his care. As soon as I was released from the hospital, I did just that, I changed my insurance.
Today was my first at the San Diego Cardiac Center and the entire staff was nothing short of amazing. Everyone made me feel extremely cared for and comfortable. Dr. Narula took time to explain my treatment plan, answered all my questions and made me feel extremely confident that I made the right choice for my medical care. Dr. Narula is an amazing Cardiologist who saved my life.
