Everyone that I had contact with from the gentleman at check in, the staff at pre surgery and especially the nurses at pacu Irene, Vannesa and Ian were amazing. I felt like a VIP, they provided outstanding care with concern for my comfort and well being. My surgeon Dr Dubois, his surgical team and his office staff are the best. This wasn’t my first rodeo, I have had four prior joint replacements. I can’t thank all involved at Grossmont Hospital enough for a great experience with my shoulder replacement.
From your first appointment the staff is friendly, courteous. Dr Woo is great very easy going, to the point, answers any question you may have about your procedure mine was a knee replacement. After talking with you he actually introduces you to his surgery coordinator and within days the process is started. She gets you all
The paperwork you need to make sure your cleared for your surgery, she sets up all the appointments for the pre-op, surgery and post-op. You feel totally confident in the entire staff that’s doing your procedure the recovery is going great and they even make sure you have all your physical therapy set up too so all you have to do is show up for everything that’s already been set up for you. I love that office and I would refer anybody that needs a knee replacement to see Dr. Woo.
Dr. Hanson was a pleasure to talk with. I did not feel rushed, and he answered all my questions. He is approachable and highly recommended, and I’m confident I chose a great surgeon. It’s also a plus that he still loves what he does after all these years. Kudo’s to his PA (Amber) and office staff who were also very engaging and responsive. Top notch experience.
My experience was phenomenal! From the first appointment,surgery and first post OP visit has been nothing but excellent care. Dr. Yoo and his team are caring and thorough. I feel confident and safe under their care. I continue in their care with subsequent follow up and will undergo physical therapy also. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the exemplary care I’ve received.
Firs time meeting Dr. Peter Hanson. Great guy! Very open and offered his opinion based on all my test results. Lots of experience and I know many people who have had surgery by him and their outcomes are amazing. My other Ortho doctor and my physical therapist highly recommended Dr. Hanson to me. I’m so glad they did!
