My initial call was based on a recommendation from another company North of LA that constantly did business with them in the past and trusted their work and expertise. I’d mentioned to DeeDee in sales how a lot of other companies we tried to go with just failed to get back in touch with us, and she really went above and beyond by communicating expectations (timing, scheduling and pricing).
Every step of the way felt like we were dealing with experts; really competent professionals. Day of repair, Brian (and Brian) showed up on time, knew every aspect of what the job entailed, had everything they needed, and got right to it! I had some other appointments later on that afternoon that I kinda expected to have to postpone/cancel, so I was pleasantly shocked they were done in just a couple of hours! Even helped us establish our remote keypad that had stopped working due to the issues with the gate. All in all, very pleased with their professionalism.
Note: I initially scoffed at the sticker price, because we’d been quoted much lower numbers (by all the other companies that ended up flaking); this wasn’t a typical “repair”. All in all, if I had to do it again, I’d wish I found Precision sooner so I wouldn’t have wasted so much time/energy (and money, due to service calls for the estimates) with the other companies.
Josh did excellent work! I would recommend him. Our double garage springs had to order because it’s too large. But they came in 1 week early. It works even before!! Excellent!!
Alec was our Service Technician who was well versed in troubleshooting and repair. He made the entire process painless to watch and to learn how to provide routine maintenance once he was finished. He experienced no difficulty in repairing a broken spring and corresponding ensemble. He meticulously verified the working of the door after completing the repair. He ensured no squeak or other anomaly from the repair order that included the rollers. He is a very experienced Technician, and I gladly endorse him or Precision Door to address any future issues.
I had a great experience with Ariel Zamora for my garage door repair. He arrived on time, communicated everything clearly, and was very professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue with my garage door and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Highly recommend!
