So far, I think this is the best American breakfast restaurant I’ve been to. The pancakes were simply divine—I honestly can’t even put into words how delicious they were.
The wait was short since I went in the morning on a weekday, though the restaurant was still quite busy. One surprising detail was the restroom: they have smart seats, which was such a unique touch and truly left me speechless.
I tried two dishes, and both were absolutely delicious. I really regretted leaving San Diego so soon because I would have definitely come back.
I also loved the atmosphere in the area. The restaurant is on a corner in Little Italy, and that day there was a small street market. After eating, I walked through it, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Morning Glory was a highlight of our trip to San Diego and the 1 hour wait was completely worth it!! We visited last Sunday and it was packed…now we know exactly why!!! The atmosphere and aesthetics are so unique, the music was a vibe, the food was not only gorgeous but it was delicious!! Love their menu, the options are great!! Must try their breakfast shots, and cocktails are 🔥Shout out to our server Jacob!! He provided incredible service and was fast!! Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning!
Morning glory has great atmosphere, good service and delicious food. We opted for the garlic friend rice and Turkish eggs both were flavorful and well executed. If you’re feeling a morning drink to start off the day do yourself a favor and get the Bloody Mary, one of the best I’ve ever had! (Sorry no pic of that) Definitely worth the visit.
It was a little bit of a wait but not bad at all for a large group. The decorations were great and the bathrooms were great.
The food options were amazing! We got the french omelette, it was exactly what I was looking for especially with the goat cheese. We also got the eggs Benedict, those we were not impressed with. It was mediocre at best, but the Soufflé pancakes were incredible! Especially with the berry compote. If you’re thinking about brunch this place is it with those pancakes!!

This place was beautiful! Super crowded, but so nice! It was all pink and green, and regal looking! Our waiter was attentive, but not over the top.
I got the hot chocolate, and chorizo, both were amazing. My husband got the Lobster omelette and fresh orange juice he said his food was great. We went with friends, and their food looked amazing as well. It was just a great dining experience overall. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food.
