We had the Og Fish tacos on Taco Tuesday. 3 for $8! Yes, please, and thank you. Great fast service. The flavors are amazing. The onions they let you grab yourself are amazing. Add them to everything.
This spot is my GO TO when it comes to fresh tasting, flavorful, best bang for your buck, baja style mexican food! It used to be my hidden gem, but now it seems the word has gotten out with 3 food truck locations and what apparently they are advertising as a physical location downtown..?! (Good for them!👍) I personally enjoy the food truck in Mission Valley. Listen some might argue with my on the “atmosphere” but I say what better than enjoying the most delicious mexican food, with authentic music, on the streets of beautiful & sunny San Diego! My wife and I will always get the grilled fish tacos, FULL of fresh fish! (I prefer mine with less seasoning since I’m a little more sodium conscious, but never have any problems ordering or recieving my tacos with the service staff). We also like to order and split what we believe is the best lime and cilantro flavored shrimp cevich e we’ve come across! 🍤 🤤 Highly recommend you give this place a shot whether you live here or have come to visit! 👍👍
The Governador tacos are full of flavor.
The Viagra Cocktail was decent, and I wouldn’t try it again.
The Tostada Loca was top notch.
The service was cordial.
Those three things for $75 in 2024 was too much.
I’ll recommend going elsewhere, like Guanatos in National City, you’ll get more for less without sacrificing the flavor.
I will say the food is on point. Classic Baja style Mariscos. I ordered a Fish taco and a taco Governador with a Coke. Food was dank, prices are no bueno…. $20 for two tacos and a coke? That’s CRAZY. Add another taco and now your spending $30 for three tacos from a food truck. Bring your wallet if you plan on bringing the family for some taquitos. You’ll be paying restaurant prices.
I was pleasantly surprised by Kiko’s Place Seafood! Initially, I was a bit skeptical since it was recommended by someone working at themy rental car pickup, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations.
The only downside was parking—it’s located on a busy street, so finding a spot can be challenging. However, if you have some time and patience, it’s well worth the effort. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for some great seafood
